Cancellation
- You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 7 days before the day of the recording .
- In case of cancellation within 7 days before the recording day, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Changing the recording day
- You can change the date of your appointment to a later date up to 48 hours before the day of admission .
- Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible within 48 hours of the recording date.
